Heat the olive oil in a roaster and then fry the meat in it. Add the onions, garlic and chilli pepper and continue to fry. Add the peppers, continue to sweat.
Then add the beans (washed off) and deglaze with the tomatoes (I cut them up a little with a sharp knife in the can). Add the spices to taste and simmer patiently for 2 hours over a low heat, stirring occasionally. Warning, it starts very easily.
You can eat baguette, rice, noodles or dumplings with it, everything you like with a goulash. It is a great recipe to pre-cook, because the consistency is even better if it is warmed up a day later.
