Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and garlic and sauté. Add the minced meat and fry for a few minutes. Put the diced paprika, chilli peppers, tomato paste and cayenne pepper (dosage according to the desired degree of spiciness) into the saucepan and fry briefly. Deglaze with broth, add the peeled tomatoes and bay leaves to the saucepan and simmer on medium heat for 30-40 minutes.
  2. Then add the washed corn, kidney beans and chocolate (I always chop these roughly beforehand). Roughly chop the basil, fold in and only season with salt and cayenne pepper.
  3. When serving, a spoonful of creme fraiche on the chilli - done!
  4. I therefore do not give any precise details for chili peppers and cayenne pepper because I eat very spicy and that is already inedible for many - that`s why I prefer everyone to determine the degree of spiciness for themselves and not hold myself responsible for any damage caused by overly spicy food would like to.
