In a large saucepan, sauté the beef in olive oil - until it is well browned. Then add onions, garlic and chillies and let simmer for 3 minutes. Now add the tomato market, the whole tomatoes and the stock and let reduce - 20-30 minutes over medium heat. Now drain and rinse the kidney beans and add them with the spices and chocolate. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and possibly add more heat.
Tastes delicious with crispy, warm nachochips, tortillas, baguettes or rice.
Can be prepared - just freeze or put in the refrigerator and reheat.
