Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces and the ham into thin strips. Peel and dice the onion. Fry everything in a pan.
  2. Add the strained tomatoes, possibly some water, kidney beans and corn. Let it simmer on a low heat. Chop the two peppers and add them. Season to taste with the spices and the broth as required.
  3. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet and serve both together.
  4. Baguette tastes good with it.
