Instructions

  1. Cut the corn on the cob into pieces (approx. 3 cm thick). Bring the water to the boil, add the corn, reduce the heat, simmer until the corn is soft. Take out the corn and let it drain. Mix the remaining ingredients well in a bowl, add the hot corn, mix well, serve immediately.
  2. Sour cream goes well with it.
