Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and let the onions become translucent. Add the potato pieces and sweat in them for 1 - 2 minutes.
  2. Pour in the cucumber cubes, sprinkle with vegetable stock powder and deglaze with water. Just enough to just cover the cucumber cubes.
  3. Turn down the temperature and put the lid on. Simmer for about 5 minutes and then pour in the wild garlic paste and the chilli and stir in. Close the lid again and let it cook until it seems soft enough to you. Puree, done.
