Fry the minced meat well in the oil until the minced meat is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Add the hot dogs and let cook for another 2 minutes. Add the onion and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Then add the Worcestershire sauce, the chilli powder and cumin, as well as the tomato sauce. Let the whole simmer for another 5 minutes.
Arrange the tortilla corn chips on a plate, cover with chilidogs and sprinkle with cheese. In the oven briefly under the grill until the cheese melts. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
A little hint
Sometimes I like to use regular chili powder and some chipotle powder. Start with a small amount with the powder and add more to taste.
