Instructions

  1. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers. Finely chop the chilli peppers. Clean the garlic and chop very finely.
  2. Sieve the flour onto the work surface. Make a hollow in the middle. Put the remaining ingredients in the well. Carefully make a pasta dough with a fork from the middle. To do this, mix more and more flour with the egg mixture. Work in some water if necessary.
  3. Let the pasta dough rest for half an hour, then process as desired.
