Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in the wok, briefly fry the garlic and ginger in it. Then put the meat strips in the wok and fry them vigorously. Now add all the other ingredients except for the spring onions and cook for about 10 minutes. Be careful with 4 teaspoons of Sambal Oelek it gets really hot!
  2. If necessary, season again with sugar, lemon juice and soy sauce, then stir in the spring onions.
  3. Rice, a vegetable curry and raita or carrot salad with ginger are ideal as a side dish.
  4. In India we got extra lime wedges for seasoning this dish.
