Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet until they are al dente. In the meantime, halve, core, wash and cut the chillies into fine strips. Rinse the chives, pat dry and cut into rolls. Roughly cut the goat cream cheese with a fork.
  2. Fry the chillies in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Drain the pasta, collecting about 100 ml of the cooking water. Mix 1/3 of the cheese with the cooking water until smooth. Mix this mixture with chillies, chives and noodles, season with salt and pepper if necessary. Fold in the remaining cheese and serve immediately.
