Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti in plenty of salted water. During this time, soak the chillies in water so that they can be cut more easily. Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan and squeeze the garlic. Do not overheat, as this would distort the typical taste of the oil and the garlic can burn very quickly.
  2. Cut the chilli peppers very finely and add them. I always use disposable gloves because the juice can easily get into my eyes via my fingers.
  3. If the spaghetti is still bite, pour it back into the pot (do not quench it with water) and pour the oil sauce over it. Mix carefully, season with salt and pepper from the mill and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan. Super tasty and doesn`t need any preparation time.
  4. That is the basic recipe. We often vary it by adding fresh herbs, ground meat, salami and / or diced paprika.
