Instructions

  1. Finely dice shallot and sauté in butter. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways, scrape out the pulp and add to the butter with the pod. Cut the chilli pepper very finely and add it to the vanilla butter.
  2. Cut the cabbage into fine strips and sweat briefly in them. Pour in the cream, season with salt and cook for approx. 7-10 minutes.
