Instructions

  1. Fry the tartare with onion and chilli in a little oil or with a dash of mineral water until crumbly. Top up with the vegetable stock and add the beans and diced potatoes. Season and cook for about 15 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and season well. Cook for another 15 minutes on a low flame and let it steep. Finished!
  2. This stew is also ideal as a midnight or party soup and tastes super good once it has been warmed up!
