Instructions

  1. Fry the mince with the finely chopped onion in a pan. Add the corn and chili beans with the sauce. Prepare as a chilli and season with the spices.
  2. Depending on your own taste, you can determine the sharpness yourself, e.g., season with chilli oil, fresh chilli or chilli powder.
  3. Cut the red peppers in the middle from top to bottom and clean. Place in a baking dish and fill with the finished chilli. Then spread a few chips on top and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Baked in a preheated oven at approx. 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The duration can vary depending on the size of the peppers. We like it shorter so that the peppers still bite.
