Mix the cream cheese with the milk until creamy. Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Finely chop the chili peppers. Roast the almonds until golden brown without fat. Soak the raisins in the apple juice, then drain.
Add the spring onion rings, chili peppers, almonds and raisins to the cream cheese. Mix everything well and season with cumin and coriander.
