Cut the peppers and habaneros into small pieces or put them in the food processor (hand blender) and puree them finely. Put the apple cider vinegar, preserving sugar and the pureed peppers in a large saucepan and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Fill into glasses while still hot.
If you don`t like it spicy, leave out the habaneros.
The jam goes very well with cheese and sausage or simply spread on bread.
