  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips and the spring onions into thin rings. Cook the Mie noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Toast the almond sticks with the sesame seeds in the pan. Add a little sesame oil or butter. Put the vinegar with the brown sugar and the soy sauce in a saucepan and bring to the boil for about 1 minute, then pour in the oil. Mix this sauce with the sesame and almond mixture and add a cube of bouillon to taste. Combine all ingredients just before serving.
