Cook the rice in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. Clean and wash the spring onions and peppers and cut into rings or strips. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into strips.
Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat all around for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the sesame on top and fry briefly. Take out everything.
Drain the rice. Fry with vegetables in the roasting fat for about 5 minutes. Add meat and seedlings and heat. Season with soy sauce and sambal olek. Possibly Garnish with chives.
