Clean and wash the Chinese cabbage and remove the ribs from the leaves and cut into pieces. Cut the leaves into strips. Peel and dice the onion.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sweat the onions in it. Cut the chicken into strips and add to the pan with the Chinese cabbage ribs. Drizzle some lemon juice over it. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Just before the meat is done, add the leaves cut into strips and mix in. Season with soy sauce, add salt and pepper if necessary.
Cook the rice according to the package insert and arrange on plates with the vegetable pan.
