- Cut the Chinese cabbage into fine strips and wash. Wash, halve, core and dice the bell pepper. Wash and slice the cucumber.
- Roast the cashew nuts in a pan without oil.
- Stir the dressing together and season to taste.
- Put the Chinese cabbage, bell pepper and cucumber on a plate or in a bowl and pour the dressing over it. Scatter the cashews on top.
