Instructions

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into fine strips and wash. Wash, halve, core and dice the bell pepper. Wash and slice the cucumber.
  2. Roast the cashew nuts in a pan without oil.
  3. Stir the dressing together and season to taste.
  4. Put the Chinese cabbage, bell pepper and cucumber on a plate or in a bowl and pour the dressing over it. Scatter the cashews on top.
