Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips approx. 5 cm wide. Cut the onion into strips and sauté in the wok with the sesame oil. Add the finely chopped garlic, grated ginger and diced chile pod. Let everything approach briefly. Briefly fry the washed Chinese cabbage. Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Let everything simmer for a few minutes. But the cabbage should still have bite.
