Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Chop the onions and garlic, cut the Chinese cabbage into fine strips.
Heat the oil in a pan or wok, fry the onions and garlic until translucent, then add the minced meat and fry well.
Deglaze with soy sauce, add spices and broth and let boil down briefly.
Mix the Chinese cabbage strips and the finished ribbon noodles into the sauce and only heat them up briefly (otherwise the Chinese cabbage will be mushy). Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
