Clean the Chinese cabbage, cut into fine strips and place in a bowl. Clean the red and yellow peppers and cut in half. Remove the white skins and seeds and cut into thin strips.
Mix white wine, white wine vinegar, mustard, cream horseradish, ketchup and corn oil into a spicy marinade. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Mix with the marinade and season with salt and pepper. Pour everything over the Chinese cabbage and bell pepper salad and mix well.
