Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage into fine strips, finely grate the carrots and finely dice the onion. Season the yogurt with the juice, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Mix everything together and let it steep for a good 10 minutes.
  2. We like to eat it while grilling or with fish.
