Instructions

  1. Remove the Chinese cabbage from the outer leaves. Then halve, cut into narrow strips, wash and drain well. Dice the cooked ham and mix with the Chinese cabbage.
  2. For the salad dressing, stir together the cream cheese, whipped cream, sour cream and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and sugar and season to taste. Stir in the chopped parsley and the finely chopped chives and mix everything with the Chinese cabbage. If necessary, season again and serve immediately.
  3. Note: The salad should be eaten immediately if possible, otherwise it will collapse if you stand for a long time and the taste will also suffer. Fresh, of course, absolutely delicious!
