- Remove the stalk from the Chinese cabbage leaves, wash thoroughly, pat dry and cut into small pieces.
- Mix the yoghurt with sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and chopped herbs (add some milk if necessary).
- Let it steep for about 1 hour and, depending on your taste, season again with lemon juice and sugar.
- Arrange the Chinese cabbage on plates, pour the sauce over them and serve immediately.
