Instructions

  1. Chop the chicken breasts, fry or steam them and season to taste.
  2. Break instant noodles while still in the bag and transfer to a larger bowl. Use the enclosed sachets with spices to taste. Pour approx. 0.5 - 0.75 l of boiling water over the pasta and let it steep. Roast the kernels in a coated pan without fat and allow to cool.
  3. Remove the stalk from the Chinese cabbage and cut the lettuce into fine strips. Clean the spring onions and cut into slices at an angle. Make a salad dressing with neutral oil or sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Mix the meat with the ingredients and pour the sauce over them. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least an hour and season again if necessary.
