Put the oil in the pressure cooker, add the onions and let translate over medium heat. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly, if necessary brown lightly. Season well with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Add the Chinese cabbage, top with the carrot and potato cubes. Crumble the stock cube over it, add 1/2 liter of water. If you want the stew a little thicker, you take less, you can add water after cooking to get the desired consistency. Close the pot and cook for 20 minutes.
Cool the pot, open it, stir the stew, season to taste and serve.
