Instructions

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into fine strips. Peel and dice the potatoes. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Fry the onion cubes in hot oil. Add Chinese cabbage, stir well and pour on the soup. Add the potatoes, season well and let simmer for about 15 minutes until soft.
  3. Mix the flour with water, bind the vegetables with it and bring to the boil again.
  4. Goes very well with pan-fried foods.
