First clean the Chinese cabbage, remove the stalk and cut into strips. Cut the pineapple pulp into small pieces. Fillet the orange. So first roughly cut off the peel with a knife, making sure that the white skin is removed. Then use a sharp knife to cut the gaps out of the separating membranes and collect the juice. Peel and quarter the apple and cut the quarters into small bite-sized pieces.
Mix the frozen herbs with the collected orange juice, honey and oil. If the orange juice is not enough, simply squeeze out another one and add it. Then mix everything with the salad ingredients and garnish with the chopped walnuts.
