Instructions

  1. Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips approx. 1 cm thick. You can add carrots, cucumber, lamb`s lettuce, etc. as you like, but I think the reduced version is perfect as a starter for sushi.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients for the dressing. The information for the dressing is a basic stock that should be multiplied as required. As with any salad dressing, the same rule applies: Play with the quantities until you like it.
  3. Serve the Chinese cabbage with the dressing. Finally, roast the sesame seeds until golden brown and pour them over the salad.
  4. I don`t know if it`s really Japanese, we got the salad in the sushi restaurant as a starter (it`s great for this) and the dressing was designed to taste.
