For the dressing:

• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 orange (s), juice it
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 teaspoon horseradish, grated
• 1 tablespoon oil (linseed oil)

Instructions

1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips, peel the orange and cut into slices. Arrange on two plates. Mix the dressing ingredients and spread over the salad.
