- Peel and halve the potatoes and boil them in salted water.
- Fry the onion in fat, deglaze with cream. Add the Chinese cabbage cut into strips, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and a little granular broth.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes in an open saucepan, stirring occasionally. Then add the boiled potatoes to the cabbage.
- Grease the baking dish and put everything in it, sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
