Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into small pieces. Heat the oil in a saucepan and let the onion become translucent. In the meantime, cut the Chinese cabbage into strips. Deglaze the onion with the lemon juice. Add the mustard and sour cream and stir well. Add the Chinese cabbage and simmer covered for five minutes. Finely chop the dill and also cut the salmon into small pieces. Add the dill, salmon and spices to the saucepan, stir well and let simmer for about three minutes.
  2. This amount is enough for two people as a meal without any other side dishes and is intended as a low-carbohydrate meal.
  3. But if you don`t want to or have to do without carbohydrates, I recommend jacket potatoes, boiled potatoes, rice or whole wheat pasta. Then this amount is enough for 4 people.
