Instructions

  1. Halve the cabbage, cut into fine strips. Wash well. Dice the onion and drain the mandarins well.
  2. Heat the butter and sweat the onion cubes in it until translucent. Add the cabbage strips. Season with salt, pepper, curry powder and paprika. Add the cream.
  3. Bring to the boil briefly, add the mandarins and finally season with nutmeg.
  4. Potatoes or white bread go well with this.
