Instructions

  1. Mix the small spices from the wok noodles with oil, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce to make the dressing. Break the pasta into very small pieces and mix with the dressing. Then mix in the finely chopped Chinese cabbage and spring onions. Let it soak for at least 12, better 24 hours.
  2. Season again to taste before serving, e.g. Mix in, for example, soy sauce, chilli sauce or curry paste and plenty of sunflower seeds and sliced almonds, if you like, you can briefly toast them in a pan beforehand.
  3. Fits great on every party buffet, for grilling or as a side dish.
