Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber, quarter it and remove the seeds. Cut the cucumber into small cubes (approx. 1.5 cm thick). Knead briefly with salt, leave to steep for 15 minutes. Then mix with the rest of the ingredients and let it steep for another 15-20 minutes.
  2. The salad can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days.
