Wash turkey breast, rub dry and cut into pieces or slices. Mix the sauces, coconut milk, peach juice and Chinese spices together. Drain the bamboo shoots and add to the sauce with the diced peaches and the raw pieces of turkey breast, mix well and pour into a baking dish. Cover this with aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 175 degrees (hot air) for about 1 hour. Remove the foil 15 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
Tip: If you like the sauce to be creamy, you can thicken the coconut milk with 2 teaspoons of flour.
