Roughly chop the iceberg lettuce and set aside. Fry the minced meat in oil (NOT in sesame oil!), `Crumble` it a little. Add the iceberg lettuce and fry briefly. Crush the garlic cloves and add to the minced meat and iceberg lettuce with the sambal olek, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Reduce the heat and cook with the lid on for about 5 minutes - until the iceberg lettuce has collapsed. Remove the lid, if necessary let the liquid reduce a little. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve. Goes well with sticky rice, e.g., sushi, risotto or rice pudding (only boil with water).
