Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly and set aside. Peel the carrots and cut into fine strips. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Wash the bean sprouts. Pour lukewarm water over the glass noodles and soak for 10 minutes.
Fry the spring onions in a little oil, fry the carrots and soybeans briefly. Drain the glass noodles, cut into pieces with scissors and add to the vegetables. Add the minced meat and fry everything together over high heat. Season to taste with salt, pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil.
