Mix the minced meat, soy sauce and sherry in a bowl and marinate covered for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a saucepan with boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain the water, rinse with cold water and drain.
Swirl the noodles in sesame oil to prevent them from sticking.
Chop the garlic, chilli peppers and peppers, grate the ginger.
Heat the vegetable oil in a hot wok and fry the garlic, ginger, chilli peppers, and paprika for 30 seconds. Add the minced meat with marinade to the wok. Fry the mixture, stirring occasionally, until the ground beef is browned. This takes about 5 to 8 minutes.
Add the peanuts, peanut butter, soy sauce, chilli oil and broth as required and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now season to taste, possibly adding salt and soy sauce to taste.
