Put the pork in a bowl with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, cornstarch and a little pepper. Mix everything and let it steep for 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in it. Then remove from the oil, keep warm and fry the vegetables, bean sprouts and bamboo shoots cut into thin strips in the oil. Stir in the tomato paste and soy sauce. Mix the broth and cornstarch to bind the vegetables. Finally, add the meat again. Season with salt and pepper and reheat.
