Instructions

  1. Cut the peppers into small cubes and the meat into fine strips. Lightly season the meat with soy sauce and a little sambal oelek. Put 5 tablespoons of oil in a pan or wok. Fry the meat briefly and then add the peppers. Fry both together briefly and then carefully deglaze with the stock. Simmer for about 10 minutes and season with the spices.
  2. Basmati and jasmine rice go well with this.
