Cook the rice in plenty of boiling salted water and drain. Season the minced meat with Chinese spices and mix. Heat the fat and fry the meat in it until it crumbles. Clean and wash vegetables. Cut the bell pepper into narrow strips and the leek into thin rings. Add the vegetables to the meat and mix in. Add the soy sauce and pepper. Simmer for 7-8 minutes over medium heat. Finally add the rice and heat it all up again.
