Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into thin strips. Mix the soy sauce with the sugar, egg, Chinese spice and cornstarch, marinate the meat in it for 1 to 2 hours. Cut the peppers into cubes, the leek into rings and the cabbage into strips. Heat some oil in the wok, sauté paprika, cabbage and soybean germs for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring, remove and keep warm. Prepare a sauce from the specified ingredients.
