Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into strips and marinate in half of the soy sauce for half an hour.
  2. In the meantime, peel the carrot and garlic and clean the mushrooms. Chop the paprika and onion (leek), finely slice the carrots, cut the mushrooms into slices and press the garlic.
  3. At the same time, add pasta water and cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. Fry the meat, garlic and onions (or leeks) on a high level. Add the vegetables (except for the sprouts) when the meat is almost through (turn down the flame a little if necessary). After 5 minutes add the noodles, the sprouts and the rest of the soy sauce to the pan. Fry until the vegetables have reached the desired firmness. Season to taste with the spices (it can be heavily seasoned), add the eggs and stir well. (You can also stir the spices into the eggs beforehand). Fry with the lid on over a medium flame until the egg has the desired consistency.
  5. Even my noodle-hating friend thinks it`s delicious.
