Prepare the Mie noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Usually this means: bring the water to the boil, remove the pan from the stove, add the pasta and stir with a fork after 5 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the vegetables into small pieces: the bell pepper into bite-sized strips, the spring onions into small rolls and the sausage into small pieces.
Heat the oil and fry the sausage until it turns color, then remove it. Put all the vegetables in the pan and fry them briefly. Then add a little water, maybe 20 ml, so that the vegetables cook rather than fry. In the meantime add the soy sauce and spices. When the water has evaporated, add the pasta in half and fry through. If necessary, season the pasta pan again. Then fold in the sausage again. If you like, you can sprinkle with chopped parsley.
The recipe is very quick to prepare and my frilly kids all love to eat it. It can be varied at will e.g., with carrot strips or egg, etc. In addition, Asian, sweet and sour sauce tastes good.
