First peel the zucchini and cut into approx. 5 cm thick slices. Then divide these into pens approx. 1 cm thick. Finely chop the shallot and cut the garlic cloves into thin slices.
Heat a pan or wok and wait. until she / he is hot. Pour in the oil and fry the shallots, garlic and zucchini in the hot fat for about 2 minutes. Pour the oyster sauce and the chicken broth over it and cook with the pan open for about five minutes. The zucchini shouldn`t be cooked soft, they should have a light bite. If necessary, thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch dissolved in water.
Serve hot immediately and best served with Chinese Mie noodles.
