Instructions

  1. First fry the defrosted (not absolutely necessary) kebab meat in the pan until it is lightly browned.
  2. Then dice the tomatoes and cucumbers.
  3. Then put the fried kebab meat in a large shallow bowl and spread the tomatoes & cucumber over it.
  4. For the sauce:
  5. Mix the pressed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, yoghurt and cream well (also in a blender) and season with salt and sugar.
  6. Now pour the sauce over the salad and spread the chips on top.
  7. In my opinion, it tastes best when the chips are still crispy, i.e. sprinkled over the salad just before serving. Others, however, like them a little softer. In this case, distribute it on the salad a little earlier.
