Instructions

  1. Peel the banana, cut into small pieces and immediately drizzle with a little lemon juice. Put the banana in the blender along with all the other ingredients and puree it finely. The chives rolls do not have to be thawed for this. Pour the smoothie into a larger glass or 2 smaller glasses.
  2. The smoothie tastes nice and fresh.
